  I and my spouse were here just today and they had an issue with pricing of an item ( display had lower price, charged me higher ) - while billing when I enquired cashier, she talked to the store person on the floor to verify it was lower price indeed. It was decided that Store manager had to adjust the price, we were made to wait in a separate place - this guy comes (manager!) doesn't even look at us and asks "are these for returns", we had to explain him about the pricing issue once again - he doesn't acknowledge us, he just looks the other way and talks to the person on the floor again, tells her to do a price audit of couple of items in that area. He then refunds the money (the only word uttered so far is "swipe the card here please" after that all he says is "you are all set"). The clothes were unfolded - does he not have the courtesy to say 'sorry for the delay , the pricing issue etc?' forget all that 'what kind of a clothing store manager has no common sense to make sure the clothes were folded before giving out to the customers? I had to fold all of them myself and leave!!!', I was a regular customer to this store so far - I refrain henceforth!!
