  We went to the shop to get us the tourist package. Everybody was friendly. The Guy on the Counter said everything is cool after putting the card in the phone, it just takes two hours for activation. So we left the shop and went home. We haven't used the phone till two days later and then we saw that nothing was working. So we went back to the store told them what the problem is. The guys assured us everything works just fine now and showed us a page popping up on the phone. Now we start our Roadtrip and nothing works, neither is there time to go back to the shop. My girlfriend and I are very dissapointed and angry, because the staff in this shop don't do their jobs right. Don't go to this place! Greetings A Angry Customer

  Manny was effing awesome. Totally tech passionate and patient. Knowledgeable about the plans and offers you all services but I didn't feel pressured, I felt informed. No guilt.
