  Over the years I have purchase FIVE BEDS from this same store and I was still treated like dirt when it was time for the delivery of my last purchase. NO flexibility at all on delivery times. Period. The sales associate was an incompetent fool. Couldn't even cancel the order when I demanded he do so since. I waited two weeks to get this bed, only to find out the night before that we could not get a morning delivery... EVER. I specifically asked them to check for delivery limitations BEFORE completing the purchase too. Useless.
