  People working here doesn't know how to respect customers, we arrived 10min before closing time and when asked for a trial the representative looked at his watch and gave a rude response, he should have just said that it's closing time rather than being rude. Better learn how to treat customers. It's ok to say no to trail at closing time but it's not ok to be rude.
